1. How long does delivery take?
We offer EMS, DHL shipping worldwide, it usually takes 7-15 working days to deliver your order.

2. Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
Yup! We use a wide range of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access. Your card details are totally secure here.

3. What about taxes and customs duties? Will I receive an invoice when ordering from you?
You will not be charged any custom taxes or duties upon delivery of the shipment. In fact, we have all orders packed in small cardboard boxes, with the mention “gift, no value for customs”.

4. What happens if I don’t remember my password?
If you have forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” On the login page in, then follow the instructions on the next page to change your password. For security reasons, we are unable to send the password by e-mail.

5. Are these watches of high quality or will they break after wearing them a few times?
It depends on how you wear it. If you wear it regularly, it will last a few years without problems. The watches we offer are of rather high quality. These are not the cheap ones you will find on the streets that will break after a few days, will last for years! We are so confident in our watches and offer an exchange or refund for all watches if they are ever defective.

6. Are your photos from real or the original watches on the website?
We guarantee 100% that all the photos taken from our site are real images of our watches! The watches seem exactly as represented in the images and we never, ever use someone else’s images or the images of the original watch.

7. I have seen other websites offering them for a lower price, why are yours more expensive?
The prices of the watches depend on the quality. Many websites will offer the lowest quality available and will therefore be able to sell them at cheaper prices. But we don’t believe in offering low-quality products that could break after being worn only once or twice. In fact, we believe so strongly in our products that we have a guarantee for all items purchased from our site.

8. Do you offer the wholesale price?
We offer a discount of up to 15% for all wholesale orders and to be eligible for wholesale prices, your order must exceed 5 items, you can mix the models for the order.

9. What happens if the package is damaged or missing when I receive it?
Delivery is 100% guaranteed from our website. Therefore, in case of non-delivery, we will return the product to the user at no additional cost.

10. What is the warranty on the watch that can be provided?
We offer 3 months warranty on all watches purchased from this site. Watches can only be returned or replaced if defective. The warranty does not cover ordinary wear or damage caused by external reasons (such as scratches, missing stones, dents, indentations, fading / chipping of the material on the product, etc.). The warranty does not cover damage caused by water, lost or stolen parts or damage caused by improper use / personal negligence, therefore we strongly recommend not to swim, dive, navigate or do other similar activities with any watch.

11. Sometimes your response to support is delayed, why?

12. What is the first thing I need to do after receiving the watch?
Upon receipt of the watch, please load it. The watch is likely to have run out of energy during the shipping process. Wind the watch by turning the crown about 15-20 complete rotations clockwise. If you know that the watch is battery powered, there is no need to charge it. If the watch has a screwed crown, release it by turning it counterclockwise until it is loose. Then wrap it 15-20 times clockwise as shown. Once this is done, you can tighten it by pushing the crown inwards and turning the crown clockwise at the same time. By manually loading the watch, the watch will start popping up.

13. I ordered and received my watch, it’s fantastic, but I’ve changed my mind, can I change it?
Try to decide carefully before placing the order, but if you change your mind, send us the watch up to 14 days after receiving it and choose another watch.

14. What is meant by the terms: automatic, quartz and second hand?
Automatic refers to a movement of the watch which consists of a self-winding mechanism, which allows the watch to work alone without batteries. The advantage is that no batteries are needed to operate the watch. The downside is that the watch needs to be serviced every few years to make sure it works properly.
Quartz refers to a clock movement that works with a battery. The advantage is that the watch normally lasts longer than an automatic watch. The downside is that the battery needs to be changed every now and then.
A wide second hand refers to a second hand that flows smoothly rather than ticking once per second. Basically, its movement consists of a group of very small and quick ticks that combine to make it appear that the hand is sweeping smoothly. All automatic watches have a large second hand and all quartz watches have a ticking second hand.

15. How can I set the time?
To set the time of the automatic clock, it is necessary to turn the button counterclockwise if you have a clock with a screw lock. You will therefore need to pull the button out slightly. The best way to do this is to use the first and second fingers and also use the nail as a lever to extract the button with the least possible force. You will feel a small click when you do it correctly. In some watches with a date function, the first step would be for setting the date and the second step would be for the time. Now you can set the time by turning it counterclockwise. This would move the hour hour hands forward until the correct time is set. After setting the correct time, push the button back and turn it clockwise for a few turns to lock it in position.

16. Why does my automatic movement waste time and sometimes stop moving?
When you receive your automatic movement for the first time, you will need to charge it for 3 minutes in a row BEFORE wearing it. Later, if you wear it daily, it will continue to load on your wrist when you move and walk. If you stop wearing it for more than about 2 days, the watch will need to be reset, but then it will automatically restart after wearing it again. The watch would therefore not waste time if it were not worn constantly. However, keep in mind that you will never have to replace the battery since there is not one and, above all, this type of movement is exactly what the originals use!
